3. How we treat your personal data

You can access and modify your personal data at any time by logging into your account at www.marbellagolfPass/login and entering your account profile information. Click on “My Profile” or “My Account” to access your personal information.
If any information you have provided to us has changed (for example, if you change your e-mail address or other contact information, or if you wish to delete your registration with us), you may notify us by editing your information on the “My Profile” or “My Account” pages, or by sending an e-mail with the changes to: privacy@MarbellaGolfPass.com

6.1 Right to request access to your personal data.
You have the right to access some of the personal data you provide to Marbella Golf Pass. If you contact us here, you may request details of the information about you that we hold and process, including the purpose for which it is used.

6.2 Right to rectification and/or deletion of your personal data
You have the right to request the rectification, addition, deletion or blocking of your stored personal data. To do so, please contact us here. If for any reason we are unable to comply with your request, we will contact you.
6.3 Right to restrict the processing of your personal data

6.4 Right to data portability

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data when the processing is based on a legitimate interest pursued by Marbella Golf Pass – for example, for marketing purposes – as stated above. You can always exercise your right to object at any time by contacting us here.
For all other types of messages you may receive from us, such as maintenance messages, announcements or administrative notifications, receipt can only be cancelled by deleting your account. These messages are a mandatory part of user accounts and related use of our websites. Log in to your account, go to the “My profile” or “My account” page and click on “Delete account”. If you are unable to log in, please contact customer service.
6.6 Right to withdraw your consent at any time
You have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data at any time insofar as our processing is based on consent. However, withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
